The reducing panel and menu that fit on top of the range has a “TBA” variety period. And I am still considering this Breville BOV800XL The Smart Oven 1800-Watt Convection Small Toaster Oven with Element IQ one of the best I’ve ever come across!

UPDATE 6-08-09: *Another* wait from Breville for the reducing board/tray and the pizzas diamond — those will be available at the BrevilleUSA web page (and here at Amazon, I suppose) this 30 days (June 2009), unless they modify period once again. A pizzas cleaner will be available in September 2009. I always use my SmartOven day-to-day, and it has a popular location in my cooking area.

UPDATE 12-21-09: Looks like all the components described are now available at the Breville website. Trust they are soon available on Amazon and available with Excellent shipping!

UPDATE: 5-23-10: I see that the components for this range are now available on Amazon. I must say that the costs seem extravagant, and identical components at affordable costs are created by other companies, which I would discover if I needed/wanted them. I have the Small Broil and Cook pan by Chicago, illinois Metal (one of my preferred manufacturers of bakeware) and it operates perfectly in this range. C.M. also is really a whole Breville BOV800XL The Smart Oven 1800-Watt Convection Small Toaster Oven with Element IQ set, together with a muffin tin.
